EDM artist SpinSpinBunny has created a new format for consuming dance music with his new album 'Short and Sweet,' a collection of 35 EDM microsongs. Each bite-size banger is a minute or less and traverses a wide variety of dance and pop music genres, including house, techno, drum and bass, pop, R&B, future house, tech house and more. This collection offers up the perfect party soundtrack, workout playlist or individual tunes to add to your social media videos. Just hit shuffle and press play.

With this project, SpinSpinBunny wanted to try something new. "I wanted to change things up by doing something different, which is why I have created this new format for how EDM can be enjoyed, and challenging the status quo is exciting to me."

Some standouts in the collection of 35 songs include drum and bass reimaginings of 80s hits 'Time After Time' and 'In the Air Tonight,' along with a very sassy drum and bass track 'Karen,' which highlights the plight of an angry woman named Karen, and the pop/R&B meets dance hard drivers 'Party Anywhere' and 'Rock the Mic.' 'Pick It Up' offers a throbby house beat to get things going, and 'Say No to Plastic' will appeal to those with an eco-friendly vibe. Says SpinSpinBunny, "Yes, I had to do something about a cause I believe strongly in - recycling - and having a child asking for your help to save her future world set to house music made perfect sense to me."

The songs can be mixed into any DJ set, playlist and so forth, but are designed to be succinct experiences. "I was never a fan of the 10-minute dance song. Maybe it's just how I grew up or my short attention span - I get bored easily - so I have to say I really enjoy listening to this collection when I'm exercising, entertaining and getting ready to go out, it's like a sampler platter of songs, and I love that. They work individually or as a group - I actually like listening to them on shuffle a lot, keeps things interesting."

While the genres vary in this collection, fans of SpinSpinBunny will notice his signature style of versatility and jumping around from genre to genre. "I know I'd get super bored if I only, stuck to one genre, so I like to try new and different things."
