By downloading or using Spin Roulette (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Spin Roulette is a roulette wheel and random selection app designed to help users create custom wheels, save presets, and make quick selections in a clean and simple interface. The App may include features such as:
Custom roulette wheel creation and editing
Saved presets or reusable roulette configurations
Auto spin or timed spin-related options
Random selection for games, decisions, or entertainment purposes
Saved settings, preferences, or recent activity records
Optional pro features, export, copy, or share functions (if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Spin Roulette is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access (for ads, billing, analytics, or optional remote content)
Audio-related device features (for sound effects or playback, if enabled)
Vibration or haptic-related device features (if enabled)
Photos / Media / Storage access (only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, or share features that require file access)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
Use the App for unlawful gambling, wagering, or any activity prohibited by applicable law
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any roulette items, presets, screenshots, exports, or shared content you choose to create or store through the App.
Spin Roulette is provided as a general entertainment and utility app for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that spin outcomes, random selections, saved presets, app state, or related features will always be perfectly available or error-free on all devices and in all situations.
The App is not intended to provide financial, legal, gambling, or professional decision-making advice. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for any decisions, losses, disputes, or outcomes resulting from reliance on results displayed or generated by the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local laws and platform policies, especially if you use it in connection with prizes, games, events, or any real-world rewards.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local settings, saved presets, custom roulette items, cached data, or preferences due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any random result discrepancies, preset loading issues, spin interruptions, export failures, or display issues
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, spin logic improvements, or performance improvements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
