What's musa`, you say? Chill out, have some patience. I'm about to tell you.
Musa` (pronounced moo-say) is a completely original Spinosoman word with no accurate translation. It's used to describe certain kinds of words: musa` modifiers and musa` nouns. There are three modifiers (shown below), and many nouns.
These modifiers can be used alone as nouns or adjectives. Musa` nouns can be used alone, as well.
Anba
"Bottom"
I`ns'u
"Middle"
Su`wi`
"Top"
However, the main purpose of the modifiers and nouns are to be combined to create an adjective corresponding to the noun. To combine, follow these steps:
Typically, anba will create an adjective of lesser importance while su`wi` makes one of greater importance and i`ns'u is somewhere in-between. It's a bit weird to explain, but hopefully some examples will help.
agais
anba + gais"Small"i`gais
i`nsu + gais"Medium/average-sized"su`gais
su`wi` + gais"Large"analak
anba + alak"Beginning"i`nalak
i`nsu + alak"Middle"salak
su`wi` + alak"End"abi'id
anba + bi'id"Shallow"i`bi'id
i`nsu + bi'id"Averagely/modestly deep"su`bi'id
su`wi` + bi'id"Deep"Rarely, using modifiers on musa` nouns (like tu`k'u) will make types of words other than adjectives.
Musa` modifiers can also be used with normal adjectives to create an adjective that describes the word to varying degrees:
anasl'u
"Not blue; slightly blue"i`nasl'u
"Blue" (adj)sasl'u
"Very blue; bright blue"aski`ri`k
"Not very ill"i`ski`ri`k
"Ill"su`gais
"Very ill"anibal
"Not animal-like"i`nibal
"Animal-like"su`nibal
"Very animal-like"IMPORTANT NOTE:
Never ever use the words "suwi`" and "natab'ilasi`r'abtu`r" together. "Natab'ilasi`r'abtu`r" means "not a velociraptor", and is both a noun and adjective. It was added to the Spinosoman language as a joke, but can be used in a very offensive way. In English, you would be saying that someone or something is definitely not a velociraptor. However, in Spinosoman, this is saying that someone or something has absolutely nothing in common with a velociraptor. They have no arms or legs, or any physical features for that fact. They have no brain and are not useful in even the slightest. Velociraptors were able to live and survive, but they're all dead now. You'd be saying that whatever you're referring to isn't able to live, but doesn't even get the satisfaction of being dead. They're absolute bottom-of-the-barrel nothingness. So, unless you're fully aware of the consequences and practically need to do it, never use those two words together.
