Who would have ever thought that bad Chuck Norris jokes would lead to so many hours of fun and entertainment?

Inspired by an original family film production entitled Chuck, Chuck, You Rock, President and Founder, Jill Hyde Bearden contacted Former Executive Director, Kyle M Case and proposed the idea of a family film festival. Ironically, she called as he was working on a logo for the family film festival that he had envisioned himself. After some collaboration, the first Spinners Film Festival was held in the Case household in 2009. The festival has outgrown the original venue and has continued to grow in prestige and entries over the years
