This privacy policy describes how Spinly ("the app", "we", "us") handles information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Spinly does not require an account, login, or any personal information to
use. The app does not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address,
location, or any other personally identifiable information.
Data stored on your device
The wheels you create, their options, your spin history, and your app
settings (theme, sound, haptics, spin duration) are saved locally on your
device only. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us,
and is removed automatically if you uninstall the app. Spinly has no
account system and no backend server of any kind.
ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
Spinly displays banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure
ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain
information from your device, such as your advertising ID, IP address,
device type, and general usage data, and may use this information to show
you relevant ads.
This data collection is performed by Google, not by us directly, and is
governed by Google's own privacy policy:

Where required (for example, in the EEA and UK), Spinly asks for your
consent to personalized advertising via Google's User Messaging Platform
before showing ads. You can change your choice at any time from the app's
Settings screen, and you can manage your device-wide ad personalization
settings under your device's Settings > Google > Ads.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Spinly is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
personal information through this app, please contact us so we can address
it.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information, because we do not
collect any. Any data collection by third-party services (such as Google
AdMob) is described above and governed by their respective privacy
policies.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be
reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
