This privacy policy applies to the Spinly Coin Quest mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application"). The Application is offered as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS."
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
The Service Provider collects limited information when you download and use the Application. This data is used to improve performance, fix bugs, analyze trends, and optimize user experience.
Automatically Collected Information: The Application may collect certain information automatically, including:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address);
The pages/screens of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages;
The total time spent on the Application;
The operating system you use on your mobile device;
Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA) for analytics and attribution purposes.
Location Data: The Application does not gather precise GPS location information. Approximate location data (derived from your IP address) may be collected in an aggregated and anonymized format solely for regional analytics to understand user demographics and improve the Application.
User-Provided Information: The Service Provider does not require you to create an account. However, if you contact us via email, we may retain your email address and the contents of your message to respond to your inquiry. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important notices or respond to support requests. Marketing promotions will only be sent with your explicit consent where required by law.
APPLE APP STORE COMPLIANCE
A. Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy)
Starting May 1, 2024, Apple requires all apps submitted to the App Store to include a privacy manifest file (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) that declares the types of data collected and the required reason APIs used by the app and any third-party SDKs. The Service Provider ensures that the Application and all integrated third-party SDKs (including Unity, Firebase, and Adjust) include appropriate privacy manifest files. Failure to declare API usage may result in App Store rejection.
B. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework requires apps to obtain explicit user permission before tracking user activity across other companies' apps and websites. When you first launch the Application on an iOS device, you will receive a prompt requesting permission to track your activity for advertising and attribution purposes. You may choose "Ask App Not to Track." You can change this setting at any time via your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Limiting tracking will not affect the core functionality of the Application.
C. App Store Connect Privacy Nutrition Label
The Service Provider has declared the Application's data collection and usage practices in App Store Connect as required by Apple. This information appears on the App Store product page, showing users what data is collected and whether it is linked to their identity or used for tracking.
D. Required Reason APIs
The Application and its integrated third-party SDKs may use certain Apple required reason APIs. These uses are declared in the respective privacy manifest files and are limited to the approved purposes specified by Apple.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are required to obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information (such as through customer support correspondence), we will immediately delete this from our servers.
DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Retention Policy: The Service Provider retains automatically collected data (including analytics and crash logs) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Inactive Account Deletion: If your account remains inactive for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days, the Service Provider reserves the right to delete your account and all associated data. For the purposes of this policy, "inactivity" is defined as no interaction with the Application, including but not limited to launching the Application, completing levels, or earning in-game rewards. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account prior to deletion, if such email address has been provided. Once an account is deleted due to inactivity, all associated game progress and data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Changes to Terms and Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and the User Guidelines at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and/or through an in-App notice. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to periodically review this policy.
