Naveen Sisodia (Group Leader)

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in Physics at IIT Gandhinagar. Prior to joining the institute, I was working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CNRS/Thales, Paris and at SPINTEC (CEA), Grenoble (France). I completed my Bachelor of Technology and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi. With a focus on exploiting device physics for applications, my research encompasses modelling of spintronics-based logic-in-memory devices, modelling of spintronics hardware for neuromorphic computing, and development of radio frequency sensors and oscillators.
