Spintronics for Advanced Devices

Welcome to the website of the Spintronics  for Advanced Devices Lab, led by Professor Victor Lopez Dominguez. We are an experimental research group based at the University Jaume I of Castello, Valencia, Spain. We investigate the fundamental physical properties of emerging novel materials to develop nanoscale devices that will implement the future electronic circuits and computing systems.

At SPINAD Lab, we cover the complete device development process, starting from the material fabrication and characterization (structural and chemical). We carried out device fabrication by on-site lithography systems, Spanish network of clean rooms and international collaborations with both public universities and private companies.
