By using the Application, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
Spin 2 Pick is designed to be a simple decision wheel app with optional AI-powered suggestion features. The Application does not require a user account, login, name, email address, or profile in order to use the app.
The Application may automatically collect limited technical information when you download, access, or use it. This information may include:

The pages or screens of the Application that you visit
The time and date of your visit
The time spent on pages or screens within the Application

The Application does not collect precise location information from your device.
No Advertising
The Application does not display advertisements.
The Application does not use advertising services to serve ads, personalized ads, or non-personalized ads.
Local Storage and Saved Wheels
Spin 2 Pick stores saved wheels, wheel options, preferences, and related app settings locally on your device.
The Application does not currently provide user accounts, cloud backup, or cross-device synchronization for saved wheels.
Because saved wheels are stored locally on your device, your saved wheels and local settings may be lost if you uninstall the Application, clear app or browser data, reset your device, or switch to a new device. The Service Provider may not be able to recover saved wheels or local settings that are deleted or lost from your device.
AI-Powered Suggestion Features
The Application includes optional AI-powered suggestion features. When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, the content currently needed to generate the suggestion may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing.
This may include wheel activities, custom options, prompts, or other text that you enter into the Application for the purpose of generating AI suggestions.
This processing is used only to provide the requested AI-powered functionality. The Service Provider does not use your wheel content or custom activity inputs to train external AI models.
You should avoid entering sensitive personal information, confidential information, private health information, financial information, passwords, or other highly sensitive content into the AI-powered suggestion features.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services to support app functionality, distribution, analytics, diagnostics, payment processing, or AI-powered suggestions.
These third-party services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.

Google Play Billing
OpenRouter or other AI model/API providers
Vercel or other hosting/infrastructure providers
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information or other relevant information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or government request

Data Retention
Saved wheels, wheel options, preferences, and related app settings are stored locally on your device and remain there until you delete them, clear app or browser data, uninstall the Application, or otherwise remove the data from your device.
The Service Provider does not operate a user account system or cloud storage system for saved wheels. Because saved wheels are stored locally, the Service Provider may not be able to recover them if they are deleted or lost.
AI-powered suggestion requests may include wheel activities, custom options, prompts, or other text you enter. These requests are processed as needed to provide the AI suggestion feature. The Service Provider does not use this content for external AI model training or long-term storage on its own servers.
Automatically collected technical, diagnostic, analytics, security, or performance data may be retained for a reasonable period as needed for app performance, crash reporting, troubleshooting, security, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it from your device.
You may also avoid using optional AI-powered suggestion features if you do not want wheel content, custom options, or prompts to be processed by third-party AI service providers.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is designed to be suitable for general audiences, including families. The Service Provider is committed to protecting children’s privacy.
The Application does not require users to create an account, provide a name, provide an email address, or submit traditional personally identifiable contact information.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personally identifiable information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

Users, including children, should avoid entering personal, sensitive, confidential, or private information into wheel options or AI-powered suggestion features.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about protecting your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that is processed and maintained.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. The Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Payments
If the Application is offered as a paid app or includes paid features, payments may be processed through Google Play Billing or the relevant app marketplace payment system.
The Service Provider does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the applicable app marketplace or payment provider according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
For material changes, additional in-app notices may be provided where appropriate.
