Effective Date: 20 May 2026
Developer: Spike Skimmer Dev
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game "Spike Skimmer" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
The developer does NOT collect, store, or process any personal data or sensitive user information manually. However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect data. These are:
A. Godot Engine (Version 4.5)
According to the official Godot Engine documentation, the engine itself collects absolutely no data from users. Godot does not include any analytics or telemetry code in the exported game binary. As the developer, we have not added any custom data collection scripts.
B. Google AdMob
Our Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information automatically, including:
Device identifiers (Advertising ID).
IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
Product interaction and app performance data for diagnostics and ad performance measurement.
Coarse location data (city-level).
Important for Children:
If the Application is used by children, we configure AdMob to serve only child-safe ads. AdMob has been instructed to disable personalized advertising for all users or for users in designated age groups, meaning the advertising ID is used strictly for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and non-personalized ad delivery.
We do not access or control the data collected by AdMob. The data collected by AdMob is used solely by Google for the following purposes:
To display ads relevant to the user's rough location.
To measure ad performance and diagnose app crashes or errors.
To prevent fraud and ensure the security of the advertising network.
We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor do we share it independently with any other parties.
We do not share any personal data with third parties, except as follows:
Google AdMob: Data collected by the AdMob SDK is processed under Google's Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Our Application is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. However, we take children's privacy very seriously. We have implemented the following measures:
We mark our Application as child-safe in the Google Play Console where applicable.
We have configured AdMob to disable personalized ads and serve only content suitable for general audiences or children, depending on the target age group settings in the Play Console.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data directly (outside of automated ad frameworks), please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:
Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android devices).
AdMob Controls: Google provides additional privacy controls for managed data through their "My Ad Center" and general Google Account settings.
Data Deletion: Since we do not collect or store personal data ourselves, we have no data to delete. For data collected by AdMob, users must refer to Google's privacy tools.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Solemn Statement:
The Application "Spike Skimmer" is built on Godot Engine 4.5. We, as developers, have written zero lines of code to collect, store, or transmit user data beyond the automated functions of the Google AdMob SDK. Your privacy is as important to us as the gameplay experience in our game.
