Community Homeowner Association 

As owners of real estate located within the South Padre Island Golf Club Community, you are automatically members and support the Community Homeowners Association. The master association oversees the entire golf course community. We are responsible financially for the maintenance of all roads, landscaping the common areas, swimming pools, fitness center, tennis court, and the homeowners building. 

The dues paid to the master association are used to finance these responsibilities. Over site is charged to the Community Association's Board of Trustees. 

The South Padre Island Golf Course Homeowner Management Company serves as the management company for the development. All HOA's engage their services for routine maintenance and accounting functions. If a minor maintenance issue arises, they are the contact for resolution of that issue. (ie. sprinkler repair) e-mails are the preferred choice of contact. This method preserves a copy of the work order request. This management company along with the HOA directors are responsible for establishing and following an annual budget. 

As a new homeowner or property owner in the association  please make sure to register with the HOA office within 30 days of closing on your new property. Below you will find resources that will help you transition becoming an active member of our community.
