Approximating Solutions to the Euler Equations Using Rational Exponential Functions
In the study of shallow water waves, the Euler equations are a system that describes the relationship between how the water looks like on the surface and how the particles within the domain move. We will discuss a technique used to obtain approximate solutions to the system which exhibit fission and fusion behavior on the surface.
