This Privacy Policy explains what information Spider Solitaire Dark Mode ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. The App is a single-player card game and does not require you to create an account.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information directly. The App does not ask for your name, email, or any account details. Your game progress (current board, score, settings) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us.
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect limited technical data as described below:
• Google AdMob — used to display banner and rewarded video ads that support free play. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier / IDFA), general device information, and approximate location to serve and measure ads. On iOS this only happens if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and — for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland — after you provide consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. You can withdraw or change this consent at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — used solely to collect and manage your advertising consent choice described above.
• Apple Game Center — if you choose to view or submit scores to the Leaderboard, Apple's Game Center handles your Player ID and score data under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store this data ourselves.
We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting SDKs beyond what is described above, and the App contains no in-app purchases.
How Information Is Used
• To display relevant, appropriately measured advertising that keeps the App free.
• To let you compete on the Game Center leaderboard, if you opt in.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Technical identifiers described above are shared only with Google (AdMob/UMP) and Apple (Game Center) for the purposes stated. See their respective privacy policies for details:

Your Choices
• You can allow or deny tracking permission via the system App Tracking Transparency prompt at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You can change your advertising consent at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.
• You can delete all locally stored game data by deleting the App.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising requests are not tagged as directed at children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
