The full form of SPICAMACAY is The Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth . As the name suggests this society gives you an opportunity to feel the essence of Indian Culture by organising events where a person or a group showcase their talent through which we get to know more about the various cultures and traditions of our country in settling respect and love for our country’s heritage in your hearts.

Last year we organised various events like The heritage walk wherein we went to Amritsar and visited all the heritage sites like

Also in the past famous flute sisters, Debopriya Chatterjee and Suchismita Chatterjee showcased their talent.

We also had a Qawwali night where the Qawwali brothers from Nizzamuddin Dargah performed.

Apart from these events we also organised Kriti Shala workshops where teachers from the Indian idol academy teach classical music and classical dance and also impart us with knowledge about the same.
