Welcome to Spice It! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spice It mobile application ("App") provided by us ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and agree to these Terms. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our practices. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email (if provided). Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. License to Use the App
Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the App.
4. App Usage
Availability: The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Updates: We may release updates or modifications to the App, which may require you to install the latest version to continue use.
Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run the App (e.g., iOS version).
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
Use the App to harass, harm, or infringe on the rights of others.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
6. Intellectual Property

Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App to spiceitapp1@gmail.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate them without compensation.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., Amplitude Analytics, Google Sheets) to enhance functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the App or upon request at spiceitapp1@gmail.com. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Termination
By You: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason (e.g., discontinuation of the App).
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you must cease all use.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations, be secure, or operate without errors or interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (if any), or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through informal negotiation. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
14. App Store Requirements
Apple Terms: Your use of the App is subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms prevail.
Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App’s content, maintenance, or support, and any claims related to the App should be directed to us at spiceitapp1@gmail.com.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
