Special Education STEAM Academy
Within the European project SpicE (https://spiceacademy.eu/), a series of actions are being developed for teachers linked to training in STEAM and inclusive education focused on developing skills, abilities and knowledge to become educators in inclusive STEAM projects.
The project envisages a training programme consisting of three phases:
a) asynchronous open online course (MOOC).
b) specific online training programme with synchronous and asynchronous sessions (blended learning program).
c) face-to-face training exchange programs (exchange programs).
The aim is to bring together educators interested in promoting training and policy change in STEAM for a more inclusive education system. The vision of the project is to be the European reference for teacher training in Special Education.
