As of 2011, the board members of SPHINX HR decided to expand their search quest for finding the best candidates for the positions, bestowed on them by the respected clients, to outside the domain of Europe and North America. The decision deemed to be a step toward equalizing the opportunity for all the experts who hold eligibility for the announced positions regardless of their nationality. To fulfill this, three separate projects were set into motion, each controlled by the respective regional office.
Depending on the nature of the position that needs to be filled, a client might favor an expert who carries local experience for the position. The rise of newly founded companies all around Asia make this specific requirement one that is highly in demand and for that reason the project Pearl was ignited in 2012. The regional office is placed in Doha and the project director, Arash Kamali, is a senior consultant whose regional expertise has proved invaluable to the firm.
Project Diamond, directed by Johanna Weidenhaupt, was established in 2011 in alignment with the firm's policy for equalizing opportunity and facilitating the search for the candidates. Ever since the project has ignited, there has been an increase of 20 percent in the filled spots by the candidates from African origin.
