In short: Sphere does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal information. The game works completely offline. It has no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no in-app purchases. Your game progress stays only on your own device.
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS game Sphere: Merge Ball Drop (“Sphere”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. It is published by Ayaz, the developer of the app.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or any other personal data, and it has no sign-in or account system.
2. Information stored on your device
To save your progress, the app keeps a small amount of game data locally on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage. This data includes:
Your level progress, stars and current game (so you can continue later)
Your in-game coin balance, best scores and gameplay statistics
Your settings for sound, music and vibration
The date of your last Daily Gift, used to work out your daily streak
This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.
3. No internet connection, ads, analytics or tracking
Sphere runs fully offline and does not connect to the internet. It contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting services, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). The app does not track you across other apps or websites and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
4. In-game coins
Coins are a points-style reward earned only by playing (combos, clearing levels, milestones and the Daily Gift). They are used only inside the game for boosters and revives. Coins cannot be purchased, have no real-world value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. The app has no in-app purchases and processes no payment information.
5. Sharing of information
Because we do not collect any information, we have nothing to share, sell or rent to third parties.
6. Children’s privacy
Sphere is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), because the app collects no personal information at all.
7. Deleting your data
You are in full control of the game data on your device. You can erase it at any time by:
Opening Settings → Reset progress inside the app, or
Deleting the app from your device, which removes all of its data.
8. Security
Game data is kept inside the app’s private storage on your device and is protected by the security features of iOS. No data is transmitted, so it cannot be intercepted in transit.
9. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and change the effective date above. If a future version were to collect any data, we would describe it here before releasing that version.
