The Northern & Southern Prince George's County Chapters of Mocha Moms, Inc. cordially invite you to join us for our 3rd annual Mochalicious Rosé Soirée. This event is a testament to our continuing commitment to inspire, uplift, and prioritize the well-being of our moms.
This year’s theme, Bridges of Sisterhood: Connecting Past and Present, builds on the momentum of our virtual and in-person events covering topics including personal wellness, positive parenting, social justice, and mental wholeness. The Mochalicious Rosé Soirée promises to be a memorable gathering filled with empowerment, education, and celebration.
You do not have to be a Mocha to join this event. It is open to the public. Suggested attire includes shades of pink, brown, or Mocha gear.

Clare and Irene were two childhood friends. They lost touch when Clare's father died and she moved in with two white aunts. By hiding that Clare was part-black, they allowed her to 'pass' as a white woman and marry a white racist. Irene lives in Harlem, commits herself to racial uplift, and marries a black doctor. The novel centers on the meeting of the two childhood friends later in life, and the unfolding of events as each woman is fascinated and seduced by the other's daring lifestyle. The end of the novel is famous for its ambiguity. The movie adaptation is available on Netflix.
