1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Spendora (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Spendora is a personal finance management application designed to help users track expenses, manage budgets, monitor EMI obligations, and receive financial insights.

3. No Financial Advice

Spendora may provide AI-based insights, suggestions, or recommendations. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter

• Your financial decisions and actions

• Any outcomes resulting from the use of the App

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Spendora offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly).

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

7. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements within the App. Premium subscribers will receive an ad-free experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spendora and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
