Spending Tracker Finance Split

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the "Spending Tracker Finance Split". This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you must not use the App.

User Responsibilities

1.1 Registration: To use the App, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2 Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You shall comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the App.

1.3 Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you input into the App, including your expenses, income, and financial information. The App does not verify the accuracy of the data provided by users.

Privacy

2.1 Data Collection and Use: The App may collect and use certain information about you and your usage of the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the App's Privacy Policy.

2.2 Data Security: The App employs reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. The App is not responsible for any unauthorized access to, or loss or disclosure of, your data.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3.2 License: The developers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranty: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developers do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

5.1 Termination: The developers may, at their sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

5.2 Survival: The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability, shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Governing Law

6.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers are located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, either party may seek remedies available under applicable law.

Modifications to the Agreement

7.1 Changes: The developers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Entire Agreement

8.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developers regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements between you and the developers.

Severability

9.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

By using the Expense Manager App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, you must not use the App.
