This Privacy Policy describes how the SpendEye mobile application ("Application"), operated by Ahmed Saleh ("Service Provider"), collects, uses, maintains, stores, and discloses information from users ("User" or "You").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Application and does not apply to third-party services unless explicitly stated.

2. Information Collected

The Application may collect the following types of information:

(a) Voluntarily Provided Information

- Email address if provided when contacting support

- Transaction or subscription information processed through Apple

(b) Automatically Collected Information

- Device model and hardware information

- Operating system and version

- Application version

- Diagnostic and crash reports

- General usage metadata

3. Financial Data

The Application allows Users to manually enter financial and transactional information such as expenses, categories, labels, and beneficiary names.

This data:

- Is stored locally on the User’s device;

- May be synchronized through Apple iCloud services if the User enables iCloud;

- Is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.

The Service Provider does not access or review User financial data.

4. Automated Analysis

The Application may process user-entered financial data in order to generate analytical summaries and spending reports within the Application.

Such processing:

- Occurs locally on the User’s device;

- Does not transmit financial data to external servers;

- Is generated automatically through software algorithms.

Results are intended for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the functionality of the Application.

Users may delete locally stored data at any time by removing the Application from their device.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information stored within the Application. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The Service Provider shall not be responsible for:

- Unauthorized device access

- Data interception

- Compromised devices

- Jailbroken or rooted operating systems

- Circumstances beyond reasonable control

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may interact with third-party services including:

- Apple App Store

- RevenueCat

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
