Spell Quest respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Spell Quest mobile application.

Spell Quest does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.
The app allows you to enter profile names and records your spell progress, preferences, selected resort, and app settings. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Spell Quest or its developer.
## Accounts and Tracking
Spell Quest does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party data-collection services.
## Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Your profile information, spell progress, and settings remain on your device for as long as the app's data remains installed. You can reset spell progress from the app's Settings screen. You can remove the app's locally stored information by deleting Spell Quest from your device. Device backups are managed by your device and Apple according to your backup settings and Apple's policies.
## Children's Privacy
Spell Quest does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because information is not transmitted to us, we do not maintain personal information about children.
## Third-Party Services
Spell Quest does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. If you open an external website from the app, that website is governed by its own privacy practices.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features or data practices change. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
