Hidradenitis Suppurativa — flagged
Results are shown in the table below.
This was a single-device pass done before we adopted a formal testing protocol. A full cross-platform audit — more devices, more apps, a fixed pass/fail standard — is now underway. See “Our Methodology” below.
Our Methodology
Spell HS Right follows a Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) quality-improvement framework. Rather than a one-time test, we’re running a structured audit:
A fixed test set — the same 5 phrases tested on every platform, including the term used in a natural sentence, not just typed alone.
A defined outcome standard — every result is scored as Recognized, Flagged (no change), Flagged (suggestion offered), or Flagged and auto-replaced — not just pass/fail.
Evidence for every result — a screenshot, exact device/OS/app version, and date.
Community-sourced testing — we can’t personally own every keyboard, browser, and app combination, so we’re inviting the community to help test more of them. See below.
This structure lets us track the problem precisely, report it credibly digital platforms, and measure whether it actually improves.
