Privacy Policy for Spellfire
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Spellfire (the "App") is developed by Soloverse Studio ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. Your game progress (levels, coins, streaks) is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to us.
The App uses third-party services that automatically collect certain information to run the game, keep it stable, and show ads:
- Diagnostic & crash data (via Google Firebase Crashlytics): crash logs, device model, operating-system version, and app state at the time of a crash.
- Usage & analytics data (via Google Analytics for Firebase): in-app events such as levels played and features used, approximate location derived from IP address, and device identifiers.
- Advertising data (via Google AdMob): your device's advertising identifier, IP address, ad interactions, and general device information, used to deliver and measure ads.
2. How We Use the Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
- To understand how the game is used so we can make it better.
- To display advertisements that help keep the App free.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising & Your Choices
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and settings:
- Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: the first time you open the App you are shown a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) where you can accept or decline the use of your data for personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the App's Settings > Privacy options.
- iOS users: the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are shown on a non-personalized basis.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
4. Third-Party Services
The services above are provided by Google. Their handling of data is governed by Google's own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
5. Data Retention
Diagnostic, analytics, and advertising data are retained by Google according to Google's retention periods. Game progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or use the "Reset progress" option in Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users can withdraw ad-consent at any time via Settings > Privacy options. For any other request, contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when the updated policy is posted at this URL, with a revised "Last updated" date.
