Spellbook Memory Quest (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an offline memory puzzle game developed for Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you install and use the App.
Spellbook Memory Quest does not collect, request, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.

Contacts
Photos, videos, or files

The App stores limited game information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any external server.

Locally stored game information is used only to:

Restore your selected game settings
Remember sound and vibration preferences
Allow you to continue playing from your previous progress
We do not use local game information for advertising, profiling, analytics, marketing, or tracking.
The Android package may include the standard Internet permission. However, Spellbook Memory Quest is designed to be playable offline.
The App does not use the Internet permission to:
Upload personal information
Create user profiles
Connect to a developer-controlled backend
Display advertisements
Track users
Send analytics
Access social media accounts
No personal or gameplay information is transmitted to us through this permission.
The App may use the device vibration feature to provide optional gameplay feedback, such as correct or incorrect spell selections.
Vibration can be enabled or disabled from the App’s Settings screen. The vibration feature does not collect or access personal information.
Spellbook Memory Quest does not contain advertisements.
The App does not use advertising software development kits and does not access or use the Android Advertising ID.
The App does not use analytics, tracking technologies, behavioral profiling, cookies, or third-party tracking services.
We do not monitor how individual users interact with the App.
Spellbook Memory Quest does not use third-party services that collect personal information from users.
The App does not include:
Firebase services
Advertising networks
Analytics platforms
Social login services
Cloud accounts
Online multiplayer services
External payment services
The App may be downloaded through Google Play, which operates according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
We do not collect personal information, so we do not sell, trade, rent, disclose, or share personal information with companies, advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Gameplay progress and settings remain stored locally on your device until:
You reset your progress through the App’s Settings screen
You clear the App’s storage through Android settings

Parents or guardians can remove all locally stored game information by resetting the App or uninstalling it from the device.

The Internet permission may be included in the Android application configuration. The game remains designed for offline use and does not transmit personal or gameplay information to the developer.
