Welcome to Speko AI (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using Speko AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.
Speko AI is an AI-powered English speaking practice app designed for language learning.
The App provides two modes of conversation: Open Chat and Role Play.
AI-generated voices and responses are for educational purposes only.
Users are responsible for their own learning progress and outcomes.
The App is intended for all ages.
Children under 13 should use the App under parental guidance.
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to download and use applications in your country.
Speko AI is available via auto-renewable subscription plans purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Monthly Plan – $9.99 (Discounted from $14.99)
3-Month Plan – $27.99 (Discounted from $44.99)
6-Month Plan – $49.99 (Discounted from $89.99)
Yearly Plan – $89.99 (Discounted from $179.99)
All subscriptions provide unlimited access to AI conversation features.
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account automatically at the start of each renewal period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
Each device is eligible for a one-time 10-minute free trial.
Each subscription plan also includes a 3-day free trial.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Once the free trial ends, your subscription begins automatically, and your account will be charged according to the selected plan.
You may cancel future renewals anytime through your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.
Canceling stops future auto-renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies:

Each subscription is linked to one device at a time.
Users may switch devices up to 5 times per year.
A 30-day cooldown period applies after each switch.
Only one device per account can be active at a time.
Conversations are stored as text transcripts (audio is not stored).

Feedback is AI-generated and should be treated as guidance, not a professional assessment.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
Using the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
Sharing your account with others.
Attempting to bypass device or subscription restrictions.
Users may delete their account and all associated data at any time within the App.
Speko AI is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI responses, or specific learning results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speko AI and its developers are not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from use of the App.
