1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the App (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), which is available at:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer regarding your use of the App. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. App Store Terms and Apple Standard EULA
2.1 License and Restrictions
• The App is licensed, not sold, to you by the developer for use strictly in accordance with (a) these Terms, (b) the Apple App Store Terms of Service, and (c) the Apple Standard EULA.
• Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules set forth therein.
• This license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules.
• You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, nor may you transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• If you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your Apple device to a third party, you must remove the App from the device before doing so.
• You may not copy (except as permitted by this license and Apple’s Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
2.2 Acknowledgment
• You acknowledge that this agreement is solely between you and the developer, not with Apple.
• The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
• You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to the App.
• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as related to your license of the App, and that Apple will have the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Content Creation and Storage
• All text-to-speech content you create is stored locally on your device.
• You are solely responsible for any content you create using the App.
• You must have the right to use any text you input for speech synthesis.
3.2 Prohibited Content
You may not use the App to create:
• Content that violates any laws or regulations.
• Harmful, threatening, or harassing content.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Misleading or fraudulent content.
4. Premium Features and In-App Purchases
4.1 Payment and Billing
• All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Prices are listed and may vary by region.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
4.2 Subscription Terms
• Premium features require an auto-renewing subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID settings after purchase.
4.3 Free Trial Terms
• You can cancel a free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your App Store account settings.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our App. You can find our Privacy Policy in the App’s settings or on our website.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership
• The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the developer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• The text-to-speech voice models are licensed for use within the App and may not be extracted or redistributed.
6.2 Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or exploit the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App (except as allowed by applicable law).
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark).
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN ADDITION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT APPLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTIES OR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP, AND ANY CLAIMS UNDER WARRANTY SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE DEVELOPER, NOT APPLE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
IN ADDITION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT APPLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ANY FAILURE OF THE APP.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the App or by other means.
