1. Summary
• Our apps do not require an account, sign-in, name, email address or phone number.
• We do not run our own user database. We do not store personal information on our servers.
• Our apps show advertising. The advertising and analytics software inside the apps, provided by Google and Meta, collects device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about how you use the app. This is described in Section 4.
• Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the app menu.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings at any time.
2. Information you give us
Our apps do not ask you to create an account or enter personal information. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply to you and we delete it when the matter is closed, unless we need to keep it to comply with the law.
3. Information stored only on your device
Some information stays on your device and is never sent to us:
• App settings and preferences (for example, whether we have already asked you to rate the app).
• Bank, branch and IFSC reference data that ships inside the app (IFSC Code & Bank Balance Check).
• Videos you choose to download (Video Status: Download & Share). These are saved in the app's own download folder, or in your public Downloads folder on Android 10 and earlier.
You can remove all of this by clearing the app's storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the app.
4. Information collected automatically by third-party software in our apps
Our apps include software development kits (SDKs) from the companies below. These SDKs collect information directly from your device and send it to those companies. We do not receive your personal information from them; we receive only aggregated statistics (for example, how many ads were shown, or how many crashes occurred).
Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and User Messaging Platform – Google LLC – used in all our apps
• Collects: Android advertising ID, app set ID, other device identifiers, device model and OS version, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), ad interactions such as views and taps, diagnostic information about the SDK.
• Purpose: serving and measuring ads, fraud prevention, analytics, recording your consent choices.
• Google's information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy
Meta Audience Network (through Google AdMob bidding) – Meta Platforms, Inc. – used in all our apps
• Collects: Android advertising ID and other device identifiers, device attributes such as model, screen size and OS version, mediation platform and SDK versions, ad performance information.
• Purpose: serving and measuring ads.
• Meta's information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Google Play services (in-app update, in-app review) – Google LLC – used in all our apps
• Collects: package name and app version; your Google Play account state is handled by Google Play itself.
• Purpose: checking for updates and offering the rating dialog.
• Google's information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase: Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring – Google LLC – used in Video Status: Download & Share
• Collects: Firebase installation ID and app-instance ID, Android advertising ID, device model, OS version, language, country derived from IP address, screen views and session information, crash stack traces and device state at the time of a crash, app start time, network request timing and response codes, CPU and memory usage.
• Purpose: understanding how the app is used, finding and fixing crashes, measuring performance.
• Google's information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Facebook SDK for Android (App Events) – Meta Platforms, Inc. – used in Video Status: Download & Share
• Collects: Android advertising ID, device model, screen size, OS and app versions, IP address, and automatically logged events (app install and app launch).
• Purpose: measuring app installs and launches.
• Meta's information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
All data these SDKs send is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS).
5. Advertising and your choices
Our apps are free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Meta Audience Network may also supply ads through AdMob.
Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. When you first open the app in these regions, a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform explains which companies may process your data and lets you accept or refuse personalised advertising. You can change your choice later from the app menu ("Privacy Options" in Video Status, "Privacy options" in IFSC Code & Bank Balance Check). Google's list of ad technology providers is available inside that message.
Personalised ads. If you consent, or if you are outside the regions above and have not opted out, Google and Meta may use your advertising ID to show ads based on your interests. Without consent, ads are non-personalised and based only on the current app and approximate location.
Advertising ID controls. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Deleting the ID stops it from being used for personalised ads across all apps. You can also manage Google ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.
US state privacy laws. If you live in California or another US state with an opt-out right for targeted advertising or "sharing" of personal information, you can exercise it through the same in-app consent controls or the Android advertising ID controls described above.
6. Analytics and crash reporting
Video Status: Download & Share uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring to understand which screens are used, to detect crashes and to measure app speed. It also uses the Facebook SDK, which automatically logs app installs and app launches to Meta. This information is pseudonymous (tied to an installation ID or advertising ID, not to your name). IFSC Code & Bank Balance Check does not include analytics or crash reporting.
7. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
• show and measure advertising that funds the free app;
• understand which features are used and fix crashes and slow screens;
• reply to messages you send us;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions with legal effects about you.
8. Who we share information with
• Google and Meta, as described in Section 4, for advertising, analytics and crash reporting. They act as independent controllers of the data their SDKs collect and use it under their own privacy policies.
• Authorities and courts, when required by law, a court order or a lawful request, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
• A successor business, if Spedz Infotech is sold, merged or reorganised. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to any information that is transferred.
We do not share information with anyone else.
9. Data retention and deletion
• We keep no personal information about you on our systems, so there is nothing for us to delete. Local data is removed when you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
• Google Analytics for Firebase retains event data for the period set in our Firebase project (2 months by default; up to 14 months).
• Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports for 90 days.
• Firebase Performance Monitoring retains IP-associated events for 30 days and other performance data for 60 days.
• Google and Meta advertising data is retained under their own policies (linked in Section 4).
• Support emails are deleted once the matter is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Security
We do not operate servers that store your personal information. All third-party SDK traffic is encrypted in transit. Downloaded videos and app settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device (except public downloads on Android 10 and earlier, which are stored where you can see them in your Downloads folder).
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
• EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the rights above and may complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent (personalised advertising and, where required, analytics) and our legitimate interests (non-personalised advertising, crash reporting, security).
• India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you may request access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. Our grievance contact is the email address below.
• California and other US states: you may request to know, delete or correct personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Because we hold no personal information ourselves, most requests are best exercised directly through your device controls (Section 5) or with Google and Meta using the links in Section 4. You can still contact us at spedzinfotech@gmail.com and we will help within 30 days.
12. Children
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age of consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our apps, contact us and we will help remove it.
13. International transfers
Google and Meta process data on servers in the United States and other countries. They rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details are in their privacy policies linked in Section 4.
14. Links, sharing and third-party content
Our apps may open other apps or websites (for example, your phone dialer, SMS app, WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Play). Anything you share through another app is governed by that app's privacy policy, not this one. Video content in Video Status: Download & Share is supplied by a third-party feed; we do not control and are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of the sites hosting it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will also be announced inside the app or on the Google Play listing.

App Note A: IFSC Code & Bank Balance Check
• What it does. Looks up IFSC and MICR codes, branch addresses and bank missed-call / SMS balance-enquiry numbers from a database that ships inside the app. It works offline for these features.
• Balance check. When you tap a balance or mini-statement number, the app opens your phone's dialer or SMS app with the number and, for SMS, the message text pre-filled. You decide whether to place the call or send the SMS. The app does not make calls or send SMS by itself, does not read your phone number, SIM details, call log or messages, and does not see the reply from your bank.
• Bank data. The bank and branch data is public reference information published by banks and the Reserve Bank of India / NPCI. It contains no information about you or your accounts.
• Permissions. Internet and network state (for ads and for opening Google Play). No storage, contacts, phone, SMS, location, camera or microphone permission is requested.
• Data leaving the device. Only the SDK data described in Section 4 (Google Mobile Ads, Meta Audience Network, Google Play services). Nothing is sent to us.
App Note B: Video Status: Download & Share
• What it does. Shows short status videos and text statuses that you can play, download and share.
• Video feed. The list of videos and thumbnails is fetched from a content server. The request contains only the requested category and page number. Like any internet request, the server can see your IP address and device user-agent. No identifier for you or your device is added by the app.
• Downloads. Videos you download are saved to the app's download folder (Android 11 and later) or to your public Downloads folder under "Video Status" (Android 10 and earlier). Nothing you download is uploaded anywhere.
• Sharing. When you share a video or text, the app hands the file to the app you choose (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, or the system share sheet). That app then handles the content under its own policy.
• Analytics and crash reporting. Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring and the Facebook SDK collect the information described in Sections 4 and 6.
• Permissions. Internet, network and Wi-Fi state (to load and download videos and show ads); storage read/write on Android 12 and earlier (to save and share downloads); notifications (to show download progress and completion).
• Backup. App data may be included in your Android device backup to your Google account, under Google's backup terms.
