These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between SpeedGo and you. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the SpeedGo mobile application and any of its products or services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SpeedGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the mobile application or its services.

Use of the Service

SpeedGo is a GPS speedometer and trip tracking app. The app may provide features such as live speed display, trip recording, route history, distance tracking, walking step tracking, vehicle logs, fuel logs, weather information, maps, and premium subscription features.

You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully. SpeedGo should not be used in a way that distracts you while driving, cycling, walking, or operating any vehicle. You must follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and local regulations while using the app.

SpeedGo is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. GPS, speed, distance, weather, map, and route information may not always be accurate, complete, or available.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using SpeedGo or its content:

(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations;
(d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
(e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
(f) to submit false or misleading information;
(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of the Service, any related mobile application, other mobile applications, or the Internet;
(h) to collect or track the personal information of others;
(i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
(j) for any obscene or immoral purpose;
(k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related mobile application, other mobile applications, or the Internet;
(l) to use the app while driving or operating a vehicle in a way that causes distraction or creates unsafe conditions; or
(m) to rely on the app as the sole source of navigation, speed, safety, legal, or emergency information.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses.

Subscription Fees, Payment Terms and Refund Policy

SpeedGo may provide Premium Services to users through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Before purchasing a SpeedGo Premium Subscription, you will be shown the available subscription options, pricing, trial period if applicable, and renewal terms inside the app or on the App Store purchase screen.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be identified before purchase.

Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation of the Service

No cancellation of the current active subscription period is allowed through SpeedGo once the subscription has been purchased.

You may cancel future renewal of your subscription by managing your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancelling auto-renewal will allow you to continue using Premium Services until the end of the current paid subscription period.

Pricing Changes

SpeedGo may change the pricing of its products or subscriptions at any time. Pricing changes will be displayed in the app or on the App Store purchase screen before you complete a purchase or renewal, where required by Apple or applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. SpeedGo does not directly process App Store refunds.

You may request a refund through Apple’s official refund process. Approval of refunds is determined by Apple and applicable law.

Accuracy of GPS, Maps, Weather and Trip Data

SpeedGo uses device sensors, GPS, Apple location services, Apple MapKit, WeatherKit, and other system services to provide app features.

You understand and agree that:

• GPS speed, distance, route, and location data may be inaccurate or unavailable.

• Weather information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

• Map information may not always be current, complete, or correct.

• Background tracking may be affected by device settings, battery settings, permissions, signal quality, or operating system limitations.

SpeedGo is not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, penalty, ticket, injury, or other consequence resulting from reliance on app data.

Copyrights

If you believe any materials accessible on or from SpeedGo infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials by contacting us and providing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe to be infringed. Please describe the work and, where possible, include a copy or location of an authorized version of the work.

2. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the complained-of use of the materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. A statement that the information you have supplied is accurate, and indicating that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

5. A signature or electronic equivalent from the copyright holder or authorized representative.

Privacy Policy

SpeedGo’s Privacy Policy is located at Privacy Policy.

By using our app, you accept and agree to all terms, provisions, and conditions of our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by us or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain solely with us or the applicable rights holders.

All trademarks, service marks, graphics, app names, logos, designs, and content used in connection with SpeedGo or its Services are trademarks, registered trademarks, or intellectual property of us or third parties.

Your use of SpeedGo and its Services grants you no right or license to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any SpeedGo or third-party trademarks, content, or intellectual property except as permitted by these Terms.

Third-Party Services

SpeedGo may use third-party services, including but not limited to Apple services, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, StoreKit, MapKit, WeatherKit, and Apple Search Ads Attribution.

These third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpeedGo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will always function without interruption or error.

• GPS, speed, distance, route, weather, or map information will always be accurate.

• The app will meet your expectations or requirements.

• Any errors or defects will be corrected.

• The app will be available on all devices, operating systems, or locations.

You use SpeedGo at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Mobile Application Developer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, injury, accident, penalty, traffic ticket, or loss caused by reliance on GPS, speed, weather, map, or route data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Mobile Application Developer and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid by you to the Mobile Application Developer for the one-month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability.

The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mobile Application Developer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of SpeedGo;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your violation of any law, rule, or regulation;

• Your unsafe or unlawful use of the app while driving, cycling, walking, or operating a vehicle;

• Your violation of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law.

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Bangladesh, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to SpeedGo or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the mobile application or other appropriate location.

When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.

Continued use of the mobile application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of These Terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.

By using the mobile application or its Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the mobile application and its Services.
