Speed Text is a mobile typing speed test application. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. The short version: **Speed Text does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.**

Speed Text does **not** collect any personal information. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other identifying information.
The only data the app stores is your typing test scores (WPM, accuracy, difficulty level, and date), which are saved **locally on your device only** using your device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device.

## How Your Data Is Used
Your locally stored test scores are used solely to display your personal leaderboard history within the app. No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
You can delete all stored scores at any time directly within the app by using the **Clear Scores** option on the Scores screen. Uninstalling the app will also remove all locally stored data.

## Data Sharing
Speed Text does **not** share any data with third parties. There are no analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party SDKs integrated into this app.

## Internet / Network Access
Speed Text does **not** connect to the internet or any remote servers. All app content (prompts, logic, scores) is fully self-contained on your device. No outbound network requests are made during normal use of the app.

## Device Permissions
Speed Text requests the following permissions:
- **Android:** The app declares an `INTERNET` permission as required by the React Native framework for development tooling. The app does not make any internet connections during normal use.
- **iOS:** No sensitive device permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, etc.) are used by this app.

Speed Text does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.
