Speedometer — delete your data
Who we are
This page is for the Speedometer app (same name as on Google Play).
How to delete data stored by the app (on your device)
Open Speedometer.
Go to History.
Delete individual trips or use Clear all history
To remove all app data: Android Settings → Apps → Speedometer → Storage → Clear data (wording may vary by device), or Uninstall the app.
What gets deleted
Trip / speed history, saved routes, and in-app preferences stored locally are removed when you clear app data or uninstall.
Exported or shared files (e.g. a video or image you saved elsewhere) stay on your device or in the app you shared to; we do not control those copies.
What we keep on our servers
We do not run a login or cloud “account” for this app in the way a social network does. GPS tracks are processed on the device for speed, map, and history as described in the privacy policy. Advertising may use identifiers under Google’s policies; manage ads personalization via Google / device ad settings and the in-app Ad settings (UMP) where shown.
Retention
Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app, unless your device or backup tools keep a copy outside our control.
