Liminal Creations Pvt. Ltd. (“Liminal Creations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Speed Maths - Bank SSC Railway application (“Speed Maths” or the “App”). Speed Maths includes free features, optional paid purchases, and auto-renewing subscriptions.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App stores or processes, why it is used, the service providers involved, and the choices available to users.
1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Speed Maths stores information locally on your device so that the App can provide its learning features. This may include:
• Practice and mock-test answers, results, scores, accuracy, response times, and history
• Learning progress, topic mastery, mistakes, recommendations, and workout progress
• App language, exam preference, difficulty, accessibility, sound, haptic, and other settings
• Advertising and Analytics consent choices
• Energy and refill status
• Local study-reminder settings
• Purchase and subscription entitlement status needed to provide purchased features
This information is primarily stored on the device and is not automatically uploaded as a complete learning record.
Speed Maths does not require users to create an account. Local study reminders are scheduled on the device, and the App does not operate a remote push-notification account service.
2. OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
Speed Maths may use Unity Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve reliability, learning content, navigation, and product features.
Analytics collection is optional. The App asks for a separate Analytics choice. Speed Maths does not send its custom Analytics events unless Analytics permission has been granted. Users can change this choice in the App’s Settings.
When Analytics is allowed, the information processed may include:
• App installation, session, and platform identifiers generated by Unity
• Device type, operating system, App version, platform, timestamps, and approximate location derived from network information
• App opening and onboarding completion
• Selected language and general exam profile
• Practice or mock type, topic identifier, difficulty, question counts, correctness, aggregate scores, and coarse response-time or duration ranges
• Completion or abandonment of learning activities
• Paywall views and categorized purchase, restoration, or subscription outcomes
• Rewarded-refill availability and completion events
• General technical and service events automatically generated by the Analytics provider
We use coarse categories and aggregated events where practical. Our custom Analytics events are designed not to include:
• Name, email address, or phone number
• Account credentials
• Exact question text
• Raw typed answers or answer text
• Purchase receipts or payment information
• Store error messages containing free-form information
• Advertising identifiers as custom Analytics parameters
Unity may automatically attach its own installation, session, device, timestamp, platform, and related technical fields to Analytics events.
3. OPTIONAL REWARDED ADVERTISING
Free users may be offered an optional rewarded advertisement when requesting an energy refill. Speed Maths does not display mandatory banner or interstitial advertisements.
The rewarded-ad service is initialized only after the user resolves the separate advertising privacy choice and explicitly requests the rewarded feature. Released advertising is intended to be contextual or non-personalized.
Unity Ads and its advertising partners may process technical information necessary to load, display, secure, measure, and prevent fraud in the advertisement. This can include device and network information, approximate location, App information, ad interactions, and advertising-delivery events.
Speed Maths does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission or use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) to personalize advertising in this version.
Users are never required to watch a rewarded advertisement to access the first core Daily Workout available under the App’s free-access policy.
4. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Speed Maths offers purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store and may offer them through Google Play on supported platforms.
Apple or Google processes payment details, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and store purchase history. Liminal Creations does not receive or store users’ complete credit-card or bank-account details.
The App receives limited store information required to validate purchases and provide entitlements. This may include:
• Product identifier
• Transaction or original-transaction reference
• Purchase, expiration, cancellation, refund, or revocation status
• Receipt-validation result
• Subscription status
Raw purchase receipts are used for verification but are not included in our custom Analytics events or permanently stored as part of the App’s learning history.
Purchase and subscription information is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant application store.
5. INFORMATION PROVIDED TO SUPPORT
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, and other information you voluntarily include.
Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, complete purchase receipts, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We use support correspondence only to answer requests, investigate problems, recover purchases where possible, and comply with legal obligations.
6. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information described in this policy may be used to:
• Provide practice, mock tests, results, progress, history, and adaptive learning features
• Save settings and consent choices
• Validate purchases and maintain entitlements
• Restore eligible purchases
• Provide optional rewarded advertisements
• Understand aggregated App usage and improve features
• Detect technical problems, abuse, invalid purchases, and service failures
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests
• Comply with store requirements and applicable law
7. SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use the following service providers:
• Unity Technologies, for consent-gated Analytics and optional rewarded advertising
• Apple, for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, purchase validation, and store analytics
• Google, where applicable, for Google Play distribution, purchases, and related services
• Our email service provider, when a user contacts support
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not provide raw practice answers, exact question text, or complete learning histories to Unity Analytics through our custom-event system.
8. DATA RETENTION
On-device learning data and settings remain on the device until they are removed through available App or device controls, the App’s data is cleared, or the App is deleted. Device backups and store restoration may affect whether certain information or entitlements reappear after reinstallation.
According to Unity’s published Analytics documentation, raw Analytics event data is generally retained for 13 months. Certain aggregated metrics and user-profile information may remain until a deletion request is processed.
Advertising information is retained by Unity and its advertising partners according to their applicable policies and legal obligations.
Store purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple or Google according to their policies and applicable financial and legal requirements. Liminal Creations cannot directly delete records controlled by an application store.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
9. YOUR CHOICES AND DELETION REQUESTS
Users can independently change their Analytics and advertising privacy choices in Speed Maths Settings.
Turning off Analytics stops future custom Analytics collection from the App. To request deletion of Analytics information associated with an installation, contact us using the email address below. We may need limited technical information to locate the relevant installation records.
Deleting the App or clearing its data removes locally stored App information from the device, subject to operating-system backups and store purchase restoration.

The availability of particular rights depends on the user’s location and applicable law. We may request reasonable verification before fulfilling a request.
10. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. Information transmitted to supported service providers is sent using encrypted network connections where provided by those services.
No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Speed Maths is an educational application that may be used by learners of different ages. The App does not require a child to create an account or provide a name, email address, or phone number.
Where parental permission is required by applicable law, a parent or guardian should review the App’s privacy choices and manage Analytics or advertising permissions for the child.
If a parent or guardian believes that information relating to a child has been processed improperly, they may contact us at liminalcreations.apps@gmail.com to request investigation and deletion.
12. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Such processing is subject to the providers’ safeguards, contractual commitments, and applicable law.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
