a. Location Data (GPS)
The App requires access to your device's precise location (GPS) to calculate and display your current speed in real time.
This data is only accessed when the App is actively running (foreground or background monitoring if enabled).
Location data is never stored, uploaded, or sent to any server.
It is processed only on your device and discarded when not needed.
b. Device Information (for display & compatibility only)
The App may temporarily read basic non-personal device details such as:
App version
Screen resolution (used only for sizing the floating window)
Language preference
These values are never stored, collected, or transmitted. They are used solely to ensure correct display and performance on your device.
2. How We Use Information
We use the accessed information only for:
Real-time speed calculation and overspeed warnings
Displaying the floating speed window (if enabled)
Allowing customization of speed limits, units (km/h or mph), and calibration
Improving app stability, performance, and compatibility

We do not share your personal data with any third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
All location and speed data are processed locally on your device and are not stored on our servers.
Any settings you save (speed limits, unit preference, calibration, floating window position) are stored locally using Android SharedPreferences.
