Audio Data (Meeting Records): All audio recorded via the "Meeting Record" feature is processed entirely on your device using Whisper.cpp and Sherpa-ONNX engines. No audio data from this feature is transmitted to any external server.
Audio Data (Voice Notes): The "Voice Note" feature utilizes the Google Speech-to-Text API for real-time transcription. When using this feature, audio data is sent to Google's servers to be converted into text. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Text Data: Transcribed text and meeting notes are stored only on the user's device. We do not have access to your notes or recordings.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (like Advertising ID) and usage data to provide personalized ads.
Google Play Services: Necessary for app functionality and updates.
5. Required Permissions
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Essential for capturing voice for transcription and recording.
Storage (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Necessary for saving, managing, and exporting audio and text files.
Internet: Required for Google STT (Voice Notes) and AdMob ad delivery.
6. Data Retention and Deletion The App does not store your data on its own servers. All data exists only on your device. You can delete individual recordings or all app data through the App's interface or by uninstalling the App.
