• All transcriptions are processed directly using Apple’s speech recognition model, which is subject to Apple’s own terms and conditions.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain full ownership of their transcriptions and any content they upload. SpeechFlow does not claim any rights over user-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SpeechFlow is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or performance.

• While the app aims to provide reliable transcriptions, errors may occur, and SpeechFlow cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate transcriptions.

• Users are encouraged to review and verify transcriptions when accuracy is critical.

7. Changes to the App

SpeechFlow may be updated or improved over time. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of any new terms.

SpeechFlow reserves the right to terminate access for users found to be abusing the app or attempting to harm its functionality.
