Shenton has been a public speaker and leader for more than 30 years. In the span of his career, he has applied the skills of effective communication at work and in life. From corporate boardrooms to managing project teams, from leading in volunteer organisations to coaching individuals, he has seen how speaking and communicating clearly can connect people and deliver results. He continues to help others with their speaking and leadership through programmes like Speechcraft.

Over the decades, I’ve helped individuals and teams strengthen their influence, clarity, and confidence. I have also been conducting Speechcraft workshops for more than 25 years, guiding participants through practical, hands‑on learning. I remain passionate about developing people who inspire positive change.
