These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speech to Text application ("App") on iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
Speech to Text is designed to convert spoken words into written text. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law.
The App uses your device’s microphone and speech recognition capabilities to transcribe speech into text.
Speech recognition may be performed on your device or through Apple’s speech recognition services, depending on device support, language, and system capabilities.
We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Any audio you record and any text generated by the App remains your responsibility.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you dictate into the App.
How you use, store, share, or distribute transcribed text.
Ensuring that you have the legal right to record or transcribe speech where required by applicable law.
The App, including its design, software, logos, icons, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Accuracy of speech transcription,
Fitness for a particular purpose,
Merchantability,
Non-infringement,
Availability or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Use or inability to use the App,
Errors or inaccuracies in transcription,
Loss of data,
Business interruption,
Any decisions made based on transcribed text.
In no event shall the Developer’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the App or related subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use Speech to Text.
The App may rely on Apple-provided services, including speech recognition functionality. Your use of such services is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may update or modify the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may cause harm to the App, other users, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
