The Village of Speculator is updating its Comprehensive Plan!
In 2024 the Village received a grant from the New York Department of Environmental Conservation to update its Comprehensive Plan, the Village has partnered with the Lake Champlain-Lake George Regional Planning Board to prepare this updated plan.
The Plan will define the community's vision for the future, establish goals, and provide a framework for future decision-making.
