Meet with the Clients to Assess Skills:
Conduct initial meetings with clients to understand their goals, assess their current skills and experience, and identify areas for improvement.
Use informal assessments, interviews, and discussions to gather information about their strengths, weaknesses, and future goals.
Collaborate with clients to set specific goals and objectives for skill development.
Complete Job Applications:
Guide clients in filling out job applications accurately and effectively.
Provide assistance in writing compelling resumes and cover letters tailored to specific job opportunities.
Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of job applications.
Practice and Complete Job Interviews:
Conduct mock interviews to help clients practice and refine their interview skills.
Provide guidance on interview preparation, including researching the company, anticipating common interview questions, and preparing thoughtful responses.
Offer constructive feedback on interview performance, body language, and communication style.
Assist in developing effective strategies for answering behavioral or situational questions.
Job Coaching:
Provide up to 3 hours of dedicated job coaching to support clients in their job search and career development.
Offer guidance on job search strategies, including identifying job leads, utilizing online platforms, and networking.
Help clients develop effective communication skills with their employer and potential customers.
Assist clients with developing the problem-solving skills necessary in the workplace.

The goal is to provide individualized support to help clients improve their job skills, increase their confidence, and maximize their chances of success.
