Who is Specialty Concrete Construction? It is a sole proprietorship entity but is that all it is? Absolutely not! I’m, Mel Noesges, and I started learning this trade with my dad back in 1972. He was a contractor in Chicago. Later I thought I wanted to be an accountant but the concrete trade was in my blood. I moved to the east coast and learned the business side through the owner of the business I worked for. I moved to Arizona in 1985. Received my ROC license in July of 1987.

My dad moved to Arizona to retire. That didn’t last long so the tables turned and he worked for me. My goal is to first and foremost treat every job as if it’s for a family member as my dad did. You will see me on every job. The goal of every business is to have extremely satisfied customers. Specialty Concrete Constructions goal is to exceed all of our customer’s expectations.
