We respect your privacy

Some customers wish to maintain their privacy, which we fully respect. We encourage people to close their blinds and windows, if this is a concern for them. Open windows can create a potentially hazardous situation for workers. When retrieving rope, it is possible to get the end stuck in a partially open window.

Please also remove any plants or items from your balcony. Especially those which could be damaged or wet in the process of pressure washing. Many residents choose to move their outdoor furniture away from balconies, allowing us to better clean their space.

We will post notification to residents and guests indicating when we anticipate working in their area. These notifications are normally placed on doorways, public information boards, and in elevators.
