About Me

HI, I'm Moon Hemeyer, the Spearfish School District Physical Therapist. I grew up in the Black Hills and still love living here with my husband, two daughters and our yellow lab Norman. I have been a PT since 2001. I have worked in the Black Hills for my entire career and I have had the privilege of treating patients of every age from 0-100. My previous pediatric experience was in the Lead-Deadwood area schools, Birth to three program and Black Hills Special Services. I have special interest in Postural Restoration, and manual therapy. My goal is to foster an environment that promotes freedom of movement for my school kiddos. I want them to be able to participate as fully as possible with their peers in all areas and enjoy lifetime fitness.
