In accordance with Udio’s Terms of Service (Section 6.3), all “Output” generated by us through their services may be used for both personal and commercial purposes, provided that such use complies with applicable law and Udio’s terms.
   We confirm that no ownership of Udio’s underlying software, models, or technology is claimed. However, the final generated audio outputs (sleep sounds) are created from our own input and are lawfully used for distribution within this app.
   
   

2. License for Generated Content
   According to Udio’s Terms, users are permitted to use their generated Output (including AI-generated sounds) for commercial and personal purposes. Therefore, the sounds featured in this app are lawfully licensed for commercial use and do not infringe any copyright or third-party rights.
   All such sounds are either:
   
   

   • (a) original creations made by our team,
     
     

   • (b) AI-generated outputs lawfully produced through authorized services such as Udio.com, or
     
     

   • (c) assets properly licensed for commercial use under applicable agreements.
     
     

3. Copyright Compliance
   We fully comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and Copyright Guidelines.
   
   

   • No copyrighted music, audio, or other protected work has been used without authorization.
     
     

   • Any AI-generated or third-party content is properly licensed or created under terms that allow commercial use.
     
     

   • If any party believes that content in this app infringes their copyright, they may contact us directly for review and, if required, removal of such content.
     
     

4. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
   If users upload or create their own sounds within the app, they retain ownership of their content but grant us a limited license to display and operate such content solely within the app environment. Users must ensure that their uploaded material does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
   
   

5. Disclaimer
   This app and its developers do not claim any ownership of third-party AI tools, engines, or algorithms used in content generation. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
