Thank you for using Speaker Cleaner ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
Short version: We do not require an account, we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or analytics tracking SDKs. The App works almost entirely on your device.
We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or location to use the App. We do not maintain a server that stores your personal information.
Some features — the Microphone Test and the Sound Level (decibel) Meter — require access to your device's microphone. iOS will ask for your permission before these features can be used.
The Microphone Test records a short audio clip only on your device so you can play it back. This recording is stored locally and is never transmitted to us or any third party. It is overwritten the next time you record and can be removed by deleting the App.
The Sound Level Meter processes microphone input in real time to display a decibel reading. This audio is not recorded, saved, or transmitted.
You can revoke microphone access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, or Settings → Speaker Cleaner.
To make the App work, certain settings are stored on your device only — for example your theme preference, cleaning history, and whether premium features are unlocked. This information stays on your device and is removed when you delete the App.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never receive or store your payment-card details.
To manage subscriptions and unlock purchases across your devices, we use RevenueCat, Inc., a third-party purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription information (such as the products you bought, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and an anonymous app-generated user identifier) to verify your entitlements. It does not receive your name or contact details from us. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App does not include third-party advertising networks, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not collect personal information on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. You remain in full control of on-device data, which you can clear at any time by deleting the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
