Our app Speak and Done is very simple and easy to use. Just speak your tasks or lists using your voice, and it will save them for you. You can also listen to your saved notes.

Information We Collect
We do not collect or store any personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address.

We collect anonymous usage data to help improve how the app works. This data does not identify you personally.

Our app includes voice interaction features powered by Google services. To use voice commands, we need your permission to record your voice. The voice data is processed locally on your device and by Google services but we do not collect or store this voice data ourselves.

Network and Data Storage

Some features in the app require an internet connection, especially voice interaction which uses Google’s voice services.

We do not use any external or cloud databases. All the data you save is stored locally on your phone only.

APIs Used

Google Speech Recognition API: Our app uses Google’s Speech Recognition API to enable voice interaction features. This API processes your spoken commands to convert them into text, allowing you to control the app using your voice. The voice data is processed by Google services securely and temporarily, and we do not store or share your voice recordings.

Permissions Requested

Record Audio Permission: We request permission to record audio so that you can use voice commands within the app. This permission is essential for capturing your voice input to interact with the app’s features.

Internet Permission: Internet access is required to use Google’s Speech Recognition API for voice processing and other online features. However, the app does not send any personal data beyond what is needed for voice recognition, and your data is not shared with any third parties.

No Other Sensitive Permissions or APIs:
Our app does not request permissions for accessing your contacts, location, camera, storage, or any other sensitive device features. We also do not use any external databases or APIs to collect, store, or share your personal information.

Who Can Use Our App 

Our app is made so that anyone can use it easily. There are no limits or special requirements to start using the app. Whether you are young or old, new to technology or experienced, you can use all the features without any restrictions. We want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included when using our app.

The app is safe and appropriate for users of all ages, including children.

It contains no violent, mature, or harmful content and has no social or messaging features requiring adult supervision.

We do not collect or store any personal or sensitive information from children. Voice interactions are processed locally or via Google’s secure speech recognition API without retaining user data.

The app requests only essential permissions (audio recording and internet) and does not access location, contacts, or other sensitive device data.

Currently, the app does not display any ads. If ads are added in the future, they will fully comply with the Families Ads policy and use Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDKs.

We comply with COPPA, GDPR, and other applicable child privacy laws.

The app’s content and functionality meet Google Play Console’s Target Audience and Content requirements for mixed-age groups.
