SPMU SPE Student Chapter is a technical student organization seeking to promote ideas of global communication between petroleum engineers and work to improve educational process concerning the Oil and Gas Industry.
Student Chapters
Student chapters are located around the world and provide an operating framework for society activities at a university level. Student members elect officers annually. Each SPE chapter is sponsored by an SPE section.

To collect, disseminate, and exchange technical knowledge concerning the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources and related technologies for the public benefit; and to provide opportunities for professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence.

Faculty Advisor
Palyanitsina Alexandra
Alexandra have taken part in a big amount of SPE events since 2012. Largely thanks to her, our student section appeared in Mining University. Now she is a teacher and researcher of Department of Development and Operation of Oil and Gas fields. She has over 40 scientific works and publications in various journals and continue to study increasing of oil recovery.
