San Pablo City Integrated High School will start accepting incoming student applicants for the Grade 7 (Regular) and Grade 7 Special Science Curriculum (SSC) and Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) for S.Y. 2021-2022 on March 15, 2021 (Monday).
Grade 7 Student applicants need to submit the following documents:
1. Certified True Copy of F138
Grade 5 (S.Y. 2019-2020)
Grade 6 (1st to 2nd Quarter only for S.Y. 2020-2021)
2. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
PSA/NSO or Local Civil Registrar
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original)
4. 2pcs 1” x 1” recent picture (Taken within three months) and attach it
to on the Application Form

Qualifications for Grade 7 Special Science Curriculum (SSC) and Special Program in Journalism (SPJ)
1. The Grade 6 Student Applicants should be enrolled in a DepEd acknowledge/credited School or institution.
2. Grades in Grade 5 and Grade 6 1st to 2nd Quarter should be 85 and above in all subject.
3. Average Grade in every quarter should be 90 and above.
4. Of good moral character

Copy of 138 must have the signature of the school head and the respective advisers in Grade 5 and 6.
Pertinent documents must be placed in a CLEAR PLASTIC ENVELOPE (with student’s complete name and name and type of school (public/private).

Drop boxes are placed at the front gate of the school, near the guard house. (separate boxes for regular Grade 7 and for Grade 7 SSC/SPJ)
·An email is required from the applicants to receive important updates about their application. They must make sure that the email indicated in the form is personal and permanent. Applicants will not be allowed to change the email address that they have written in the form.
Applicants may submit their pertinent documents through drop boxes is only from Monday-Friday, (except holidays) 8am-3pm only.
·Submitted documents will be evaluated during initial screening as scheduled by the school.
ONLY QUALIFIED APPLICANTS will receive the test permit and notification via the indicated EMAIL for the classroom code.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF THE FIRST SCREENING TEST will be on April 26, Monday for those Grade 7 Science and Journalism Class QUALIFIED APPLICANTS only (no exam for Grade 7 Regular Class). Other details will be sent via email.
