The SPC's primary purpose is to facilitate a politically neutral forum where all interested parties contribute ideas that result in a realistic coordinated county-wide funding solution which will then be submitted to Boulder County Commissioners.

By encouraging as many representatives as possible to participate in the coalition we will be able to establish a consensus position from county residents and service providers and exert influence where appropriate for our recommendation.

The SPC welcomes representation and participation from the approximately 120 Boulder County subdivisions and their HOAs , fire districts, first responders, service providers and others impacted by the escalating deterioration of subdivision roads throughout Boulder County.
