Griefing policy:

• This server does not tolerate griefing of any players buildings, lands, chests, or any other properties. Penality for griefing will be temp ban. Further infractions will result in perma ban.

Racism and antisemetic speech:

• A swift temp ban, followed by perma ban if the behavior continues.

Building Within SpawnCity:

• Buildings within SpawnCity are expected to stay within the theme of the city. Highrise, skyscraper buildings and other city type buildings should be built in the heart of the city. Incorporating beautification such as trees, flowers, bushes is requested and adds a really nice touch to the city.

Eye-Sore Rule:

• Players are not expected to make massive architectural works of art, but a certian level of care is expected. Buildings that are not generally accepted as appealing will be warned with the Eye-Sore rule. A player will have 7 days to fix the issues with their build.

Building outside the City limits.

• Players are free to build and mine outside the city limits. By default, these builds are unprotected. You may purchase protections from the city government. Chests are always protected.

Eminent Domain:

• Players are free to build and mine outside of the city limits. However, when the city limits expand, these builds may be in the path of the growing city. Lands may be incorporated into the city, purchased by the Government for fair market value, or seized if a deal cannot be worked out. All efforts to come to an agreement will be exhausted before the option to seize lands is taken.

Mob crushers:

• Players will be limited to 1 Mob crusher/player.
